Richard M. "Mick", beloved husband of the late Anita R. Girardot (nee Denaro) of 58 years. Loving father of Richard (Amy), Robert, Gerald (Eliana), Mary, William (Rebecca), and Thomas (Debora) Girardot. Dear grandfather of Kevin Grote, Richard III, Alexandra, John, Mattina, Robert Jr., Joseph, Gabriela, Sofia, Anita, Katherine, Thomas Jr., and Florencia Girardot. Brother of Mary Gallant Girardot. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Died Feb. 16, 2015. Age 84. Visitation Sunday, Feb. 22nd from 2:00 - 4:00PM at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home (45247). Mass of Christian Burial Monday, Feb. 23rd at 10:00AM at St. James Church (White Oak). Memorials may be made to Cincinnati Children's Medical Center. www.mrfh.com

Uncle Mick was a great man and will be deeply missed. I will remember him always having a smile on his face or a joke to tell you. His love for Aunt Anita and his family was easy to see. It was always fun to see both Uncle Mick & Aunt Anita at family get togethers. I smile when I think that wherever Aunt Anita goes, Uncle Mick is not far behind. True love.
To my Cincinnati cousins, I apologize I couldn't be there for Uncle Mick's funeral. You have been through some very tough times in the last couple months. Your strength and love for each other is something that shines very bright.

To all the Girardots, please know you have the sympathy of our whole family. Losing your Dad so close to your Mom is unspeakably tough.
