Your sadness is felt by many of Roger's co-workers here at the City of Cincinnati. Roger was such a good person. It was a privilege crossing paths with him. We are all better having known him.

Dear Ruth and family,
I saw Roger's death notice in the paper and I was shocked to the point of being speechless but I had to let you know how sorry I am for your loss. I cannot remember not knowing the Witt family and I know how much Roger was loved. I will have you all in my heart, thoughts and prayers always. Roger was a joy to know as kid and a wondeful son. Now he is at peace with Our Father and his beloved dad Charlie.
God Bless you all and Ruth you are still missed in the East End.
