SPEIDEL
Russell "Russ" J., of Cincinnati, died July 16, 2013, aged 77. Born in Batavia, Ohio; attended Denison University, University of Cincinnati Law School; practiced law in Batavia; well-loved proprietor of Duttenhofer's Books, Clifton, from 1985 until recently. Life-companion for 27 years and husband since 2011 of Walter E. Langsam. Father of Russell (Rusty) Speidel of Charlottesville, Va.; Andrew (Andy) Speidel of Anderson Township; Elizabeth (Liz) Speidel of Charleston, S.C.; and Champe Speidel of Bristol, R.I.; step-father of Dorothea (Thea) Langsam of Cincinnati. Grandfather of six and step-grandfather of two. Suggested donations to Talbert House, Friends of the Public Library, and Hospice of Cincinnati. A memorial service will be held in early Fall
