Terry Hamm Obituary
Terry Hamm, loving father of Chris Hamm, Ryan Hamm, and the late Eric Hamm. Proud grandfather of Riley Hamm, Andrew Hamm, Brayden Hamm, Addison Hamm, Hayden Roberts, Lilah Roberts, Abigayle (Gracie) Hamm, Paxton Hamm, Olivia Hamm, and Brynn Smith. Brother of Walter Hamm, Harold Hamm, Louise Nicodemus, and twin-sister Joyce Smith. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Preceded in death by his father Walter Hamm and mother Irene Hamm (Tucker). Terry, a lifelong resident of Amelia, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at the age of 66. He retired as a Pipefitter with Local 392. A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, May 10 from 6-8pm at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home, 177 W. Main St. (SR125), Amelia.

Terry was my grandfather, he was humble, oh so kind, grateful sweet, and lit up every room he walked into as he also towered it as well. When I was very young I would see hi very often but after Eric got sick he went away for a while to take care of him as any father would. At the time I didn't realize this and was very upset because I didn't get to see him but now I understand. When I found out all I could do was cry and at the memorial it was mostly the same way, I was mostly in shock. This is everything I wanted to say at the funeral but unlike my cousin Brayden didn't have the guts. I love you so much grandpa T and I always will I hope to see you again. Love your granddaughter xo

Terry was always a true friend,always in a happy mood. He would take time to talk to me no matter where we would meet up.I saw terry two weeks ago and had some laughs together.I will miss him for awhile then we will be together again.
