Vicki Wellen Obituary
Vicki A., (nee Putnick), beloved wife of Steve Wellen of 42 years. Loving mother of Adam (Laura) Wellen, S. Joshua (Allison) Wellen and Stephanie (Gary) Boehringer. Dear grandmother of Damon and Lincoln Boehringer, Preston, Brandon and Harper Ann Wellen. Cherished daughter of Shirley (the late Frederick) Putnick. Devoted sister of Kenneth (Stacy) Putnick, Karen Putnick, Mark Putnick, Sheri (Tim) Magoto and the late Christina Morris. Also survived by many family and friends. Died Feb. 24, 2016 after a long battle with PSP. Age 64. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial March 11th at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony Friary, 5000 Colerain Ave. followed by a Celebration of Life from 12-3 PM at Wunderland, 7881 Colerain Ave. Donations made to Hospice of Cincinnati, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Cure PSP, 30 E. Padonia Road, Ste. 201 Timonium, MD 21093. Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Homes serving the family. www.mrfh.com

Dear Mr. Wellen,
We were so sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. Nolan told me she had passed and we talked about the difficult time you must be facing in the weeks and months ahead as you try to adjust to life without her. She was far too young to already have left this earth. Of course, she is in a much better place and free now of all health concerns and will forever keep a watchful eye over you and your family.
We will keep you in our prayers and may the memories you have provide you with comfort during this time.
