DEHNER
William N, beloved husband of the late Vivian Dehner (nee Barker). Loving father of Rick (Cyndy) Hopper, Bill Dehner, Grady (Susan) Hopper and Dawn Jansen (Stan Byrd). Devoted grandfather of numerous grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Served in the Navy in the Pacific Theatre and went on to serve 54 years in the City of Cincinnati Police and Hamilton County Sheriff Departments. Went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 13, 2014, at 89 years of age. Visitation MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Road, on Thursday, July 24th from 5:30PM until time of F.O.P. Service at 7:15PM. Memorials may be made to Cincinnati Shriners Hospital for Children, 3229 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45229. www.bjmeyersons.com

Uncle Bill devoted a huge part of his life to the service of others-serving his country and the city of Cincinnati. He was a big presence in many lives.
To my cousins, may you find comfort in warm memories of his life. Caring thoughts are with you in your sorrow.
