Mildred Wack Obituary
In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her husband David E. Wack in August 2013; sons Donald and Gary Tarter; brothers Herbert, John, William, Glen, and Sandy (Sank); sisters Louwanna, Maude, Darlene, Ina Sue, and Jacklyn.
Hazel is survived by her son John (Ruth) Tarter of Warren, Ohio; brother Jeff B. Sturgell of Florida; niece Sue (Bud) Pringle of New Waterford, with whom she resided; numerous nieces and nephews; and all her brothers and sisters in Christ at the Circleville Church of God that she dearly loved. Many thanks to Frank and Debbie Yokum for all the support and care they gave. What a blessing they were to her and her niece, Sue Pringle.
Memorial contributions may be made to Nicholas Drive Church of God, 400 Nicholas Drive, Circleville, OH 43113. There was a Private Graveside at Harrison Township Cemetery with Chaplain Jim Ferrell at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, Ashville.
