Johnson Fox
Weaverville - Charlotte Johnson Fox, age 76, of Weaverville went to be with the Lord Tuesday, March 28, 2017 after a period of declining health.
Mrs. Fox was born April 28, 1940 in Greene County, TN and was a resident of Buncombe County for most of her life. She loved the Lord and her family, praying for them daily. A Godly woman and mother she always taught her children to love the Lord and always live for Him. Charlotte was a daughter of the late Jonah and Lillie Cutshall Johnson and wife of 47 years to the late Paul M. Fox who died Jan. 24, 2008. She was also preceded in death by her children, Rickey Lynn Fox and Donna Kay Fox; brothers, Johnny, Jack and Charles Johnson; sisters, Edna Massey, Marie Snider, Loretta Johnson and Dorothy Johnson.
Surviving are her daughter, Karen Elaine Fox of Marshall; sister, Evelyn Blake; brothers, Jay Johnson, Lloyd Johnson and wife Juanita and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, March 31, 2017, in the Chapel of West Funeral Home with Reverends Jeff Massey, Randy Barton and Delain Whittemore officiating. Burial will be in Allen Family Cemetery, Marshall.
The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 30, 2017 at the funeral home.
Flowers are welcome.
