Christopher Emory Obituary
Weaverville - Christopher "Chris" Shawn Emory, age 39 of Ivy Hill Road, departed into his heavenly home on July 31, 2021. Christopher entered this life on April 26, 1982, to Brenda Miller Emory Hughes and the late Patrick Keith Emory. He was employed as a Business Consultant with Continental, a loving son, husband, father, grandfather and a passionate motorcyclist.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife Melissa Roberts Emory; daughter Sabrina Styles; sons, Trenton and Cameron Emory; sisters, Kellie Slagle (Gary) and Felicia Hughes; granddaughter, Emberlynn Russell; paternal grandmother, Catherine Emory and maternal grandmother, Irene Miller.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service with Reverends Philip Emory and Allen Rash officiating. Burial will follow in the Ivy Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12:00 - 2:00 prior to the service.
