Donna Ligon Obituary
Knoxville, TN - Ms. Donna Michelle Tobe Ligon passed away on July 3, 2016 in Knoxville, TN. She was born in Asheville, on March 11, 1967 to the late Sandra Ervin Tobe and William Tobe. Her maternal grandmother was Mrs. Mary Peeler Ervin, and paternal grandmother was Mrs. Maggie Tobe.
Left to cherish her memory are her two brothers, Bennie Lee Tobe and Cory Lynch. A host of family members, aunts, uncles and friends. Memorial service Tuesday, July 19 at Noon at St. James AME Church, Hildebrand Street and Martin Luther King Drive, Asheville.
