Jeffrey Leonard Obituary
Fletcher - Jeffrey Charles Leonard, 39, of Fletcher, passed away October 23, 2015.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Debbi Collins Leonard of Fletcher, NC; children, Devyn Leonard and Brooklyn Leonard of Villa Rica, GA, and Jamie Stafford of Mountain Home AFB, Idaho; step-children, Ryan Callahan (Leah Webb) and Justin Callahan (Shelby Dalton); parents, Richard Leonard (Karoline) of Old Fort, NC and Jacqueline Leonard of Asheville, NC; siblings, Scott Leonard-Barkley of Charlotte, NC, Barbi Wilhelm (Josh) of Black Mountain, NC, and Lonnie Clontz and Chris Hunter who he loved and considered his brothers; nieces, Kylie, Kati and Kylee; and nephew, Garrett.
Jeff was a fun-loving man and was always meeting new friends. Once you were his friend, you were FAMILY. He loved country music, kids, and "critters", especially his faithful and loyal hound dog, Ginger.
A Celebration of Jeff's Life will be held Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Fairview Tavern in Oakley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Brother Wolf, Henderson County Animal Shelter or Boxer Butts and Other Mutts.

It is hard to believe its been 4 years since his passing. One of his classmates and I were just talking about him the other day and I received an email this morning to post an update to you all. I can say he was one of the most energetic and mannerly young men I knew. As I approach the end of my educational career (this is year 29 for me) I will always remember Jeff. My thoughts and prayers are with you all as you continue to mourn the loss of such a special family member.
Im sure you long for the day you can see him again. God bless you!
