Our 20+ years of sharing experiences together on the River will never be forgotten. As I look back on the 25 years of my guiding career in Alaska, you were there for most of it. Your friendship was a true blessing in my life and I will never forget the memories we made together. Godspeed brother, and save a few trout for me when I get there.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Mark's passing. We met at Asheville School some 40 odd years ago and he was someone that I could always count on. He helped me personally and professionally in more ways than I can count. He was a friend in the truest sense and he will be missed.

I will always remember Mark as a fine man, friend and fellow trout lover. I enjoyed working with him and learned much from him. Always enjoyed the times that we spent on the streams together.
