Peggy Joyce Stone McMillan

Asheville, NC - Peggy Joyce Stone McMillan, 86, of Asheville, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at the Laurels of Summit Ridge on July 5, 2021. Peggy was born on May 10, 1935, in Asheville, North Carolina.

Peggy retired from Owen Manufacturing in 1993 and was a member of Riceville Presbyterian Church. She was deeply passionate about gardening.

Peggy is preceded in death by her late husband, Jerry O. McMillan, and three of her siblings. Surviving Peggy is her three children, five siblings, five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

A special thanks to the staff at the Summit for loving her through covid and beyond.
