Ronnie Robinson Obituary

Ronnie Dean

Robinson

Marshall - Ronnie Dean Robinson, 56, went home to be with his Savior on Tuesday, August 2, 2011. He was a lifelong resident of the Big Laurel community in Madison County, NC.

He was the son of the late, Clarence and Virgie Lewis Robinson. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded by an infant child and infant brother.

He is survived by his loving wife of ten years and soul mate, Charmagne Ihde Robinson; Step daughter Andrea Richardson (Kevin) of Broad Creek; Brothers D.C. Robinson(Connie) of Weaverville; Johnny Robinson(Julie) of Mars Hill; Weldon(Louise) of Marshall; and Sister, Bernice Fox(Phil) of Mars Hill; Grandchildren Tanner and Brooklyn, several nieces and nephews; and special cousins, Janie and Dwight Tweed; and his very special church family.

Ronnie Dean loved blue grass/gospel music and being Charmagne's soundman when they traveled sharing the gospel through song. He loved his 'Garden of Eden' on Lewis Branch, where he spent working every day with his wife. His and Charmagne's worlds revolved around each other with every day beginning at 5:00am with devotions and Bible study. Ronnie Dean always had a smile on his face, never met a stranger, and saw the best in everyone he met. Although he will be missed by those of us left behind, we find peace in knowing that we will see him again one day on the other side of Glory.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, August 6, 2011 at Enon Baptist Church in Marshall. Burial will follow at Lewis Branch Cemetery. Revs. Toby Anderson, Ron Dodson, and Kevin Boone will be officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Joey, Brandon, Jeff, Collin and Chris Robinson, Michael Fox, Daniel Rice, Matthew Freeman, Jason Shelton and Gene Bullman.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Lewis Branch Cemetery Fund, 582 Lewis Branch Rd., c/o Janie Tweed, Marshall, NC 28753 or to Blue Ridge Funeral Services, PO Box 27, Mars Hill, NC 28754.

Ronnie was one of the most kindest men I have ever met. Charmagne, I missed you and Ronnie when you went to play for another church. Missed your singing and beautiful smile, missed Ronnie's smile and the peace I always saw in him.
