I logged on to Ancestry.com last fall for the first time in several years and saw that Thomas and I were going to trade pictures of my dad and my aunt (Robert and Connie Tredway from Milledgeville GA). Thomas and his younger brother Harold went to school with my dad and aunt. If this message ever finds its way to the Freeman family, I regret not getting to know Thomas. After reading his obituary and learning more about his life, I would have been honored and blessed to count him as a friend.
