Alexandria L. Gronka, 80, of Nanticoke, passed away peacefully Monday, Nov. 1, 2021, at home.
She was born in Nanticoke on Jan. 23, 1941, and was the daughter of the late Angelo Gingi Galli and Viola Galli.
Alexandria was a graduate of Newport High School, Class of 1958, and Bloomsburg University, Class of 1962, with a degree in education, also Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She was employed as a office manager for Joseph Gronka, DMD.
She is presently survived by her husband, Joseph M. Gronka, DDS; also by sons, Joseph P. Gronka, DMD, and wife, Sondra; Andrew Gronka; grandchildren, Sydrey Gronka; Grant Gronka; Izabella Gronka; Conner Gronka; and Tristan Fowler.
Funeral services will be held Saturday from Grontkowski Funeral Home P.C., 51 W. Green St., Nanticoke, with interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Wanamie. Friends and family are invited to join the family for calling hours from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
