Arlene Ann Ardoline, 80, of Harding, passed away at home Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2022.
Born in Newark, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Michael Pastuch and Anna Skurat Pastuch.
Arlene was a graduate of West Side High School, Newark, N.J. She had worked as a supervisor for Prudential Insurance for over 40 years.
She was proud of her Ukrainian heritage and was an active member of her church and the rosary society. Arlene loved cooking, sewing and especially enjoyed time with her family and friends. She was also very passionate about animals and enjoyed any opportunity to pet-sit and spoil them. Arlene will be greatly missed by everyone who loved her.
In addition to her parents, Arlene was preceded in death by brothers, Michael Stanley Pastuch and Joseph Casmiere Pastuch; and sister-in-law, June Pastuch Aptowitzer.
Surviving is her husband of 36 years, Robert E. Ardoline. Bob and Arlene were always together; he was the love of her life and her entire world.
Also surviving are sister-in-law, Barbara Weiss, Parsippany, N.J.; brothers-in-law, Raymond Ardoline (Natalie), Alexandria, Va.; and James Patrick Ardoline, Pittston; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and the family she embraced as her own, Frank and Angie Jacobs and their daughters, Ashley and Arianna.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Church of the Holy Redeemer, 2435 State Route 92, Harding. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton. The family will receive friends and relatives from 10 a.m. to service time.
