Arline Jeckell Obituary
Born Sept. 29, 1933, daughter of the late John F. and Nellie (Gutowski) Boyle.
Arline was a graduate of Hanover Area High School class of 1951. After 40 years of service she retired from Bell Atlantic as an assistant manager in operator services in the Hazleton office. She was a member of St. Jude's Church, Mountain Top, and a member of its Altar and Rosary society. Arline was also a member of Bell Telephone's Pioneers of America.
Arline was preceded in death in addition to her parents by her husband of 51 years, James P Jeckell; and brothers John L. and Michael J. Boyle.
She is survived by her son, Wayne P. Jeckell and his wife, Lynn, Nanticoke; daughter, Cynthia Jeckell; son, William J. Jeckell and his wife, Christina, Mountain Top; granddaughter, Brittnee June Jeckell and grandson, James Peter Jeckell III, both of Mountain Top.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial which will be held on Saturday, Feb. 22., at 10:30 a.m. in St. Jude's Church, Mountain Top. Interment will be in Albert Cemetery at at the convenience of the family. McCune Funeral Home, Mountain Top, Is assisting the family with the funeral arrangements.
