Carol M. Simons, 63, of Mountain Top, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2021.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of Vito Biasi and the late Audrey Savner Biasi. She was a 1976 graduate of the former Coughlin High School in Wilkes-Barre. Carol was a home hair stylist and also worked as the office manager at F & F Tire and Service Center, Wapwallopen.
Carol's focal point in life was her faith and service in the Lord Jesus Christ that she shared passionately with her husband, Paul. She was an outdoor person who loved summer, sunshine and long walks in nature. Carol also loved to cook healthy meals. Most recently she attended New Life Community Church in Mountain Top.
Surviving, in addition to her father, are her husband of 34 years, Paul J. Simons; sister, Donna Fenstermacher and husband, Brent; sister-in-law, JoAnn Brady and husband, Dr. John Brady; brother-in-law, Dr. Joseph Simons III; and Godoleva Ayaldave. Seven nephews also survive.
Private funeral services will be held for the immediate family.
McCune Funeral Service in Mountain Top is handling the arrangements.
