Charles Wilcox Obituary

Charles F. "Ducker" Wilcox Jr., 56, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away peacefully on Friday at his home, with his family by his side, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Charles loved to spend his time with his beloved family, most especially his loving granddaughters and his dog, Teddy.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of the Hospice of the Sacred Heart for their compassionate time and effort during their wonderful care of Charles.

Surviving are his loving wife of 37 years the former, Beverly (Zurek) Wilcox; daughters, Lisa Wilcox-Victor and her husband, Jeffrey; Alicia Wilcox; son, Charles F. Wilcox III; three granddaughters, Abigale, Hannah and Ariana.

Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Monday from George A. Strish Inc. Funeral Home, 105 N. Main St., Ashley. Family and friends may call Monday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Wow this is really hard to except .who would think ducker. You guys were the best .great godparents Mike n I ever picked for our son Justin. We also have great memories to treasure of him. Our thoughts n prayers are with y'all. Rest now ducker your at peace.
