Our beloved son, Jason Lee Zagata, was taken by God on Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021, in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born Jan. 14, 1980, in Bloomsburg, he was a son of Leo and Sharon Champ Zagata.
He attended and graduated from the Wilkes-Barre Area Vo Tech in 2001. Jason lived with his parents and loved playing his video games, music and basketball. In the summer he enjoyed camping with family on the West Branch of the Susquehanna River in Winfield.
He enjoyed boating and swimming. Being around a campfire was one of his favorite activities.
He is survived by his mother and father; brother, Tim Telesky and wife, Sharon, Benton; sister, Michelle Lasko and husband, Jason, and their children, Gavin and Lara, Mount Carmel; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Private services will be held for the close family. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Scott Cemetery, Waterton.
Donations can be made to the Geisinger Janet Weis Children's Hospital, 100 N. Academy Ave., Danville, PA 17822.
