John Eckrote Obituary
Born in Nanticoke, on July 5, 1945, John was the son of the late John and Elizabeth Evans Eckrote.
John attended Newport High School and had been involved in the construction and roofing industry.
He attended (prior to its closing) Alden United Methodist Church, Alden.
Preceding him in death was a daughter, Tamara.
Surviving are his wife, the former Gloria Bonick; daughter, Jennifer Davis and husband, Charles; son, John H. III and wife, Michele; and grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services were held from Earl W. Lohman Funeral Home Inc., 14 W. Green St., Nanticoke. Interment was in Slocum Cemetery.
