John or "Homer" was a good friend to my father, Ed Teno, and always welcoming to me and my family during our visits to Plymouth. We enjoyed his humor. Homer loved our country and was proud of his service. He was a great gardener and cook. We will miss him, as will his neighbors on Ransom Lane. Rest in peace, Homer.
