Dear John and Shree,, Kevin and Erica I was so sorry to hear of your Mother/grandmothers passing. I have known her for a long time and she was such a wonderful person. The last time that I saw her was when I came up north to visit Kathy. I am so happy that I got to visit with her at that time. Our thought and prayers are with you all. May God bless you and give comfort to you all.

Good people leave us with the best memories, especially when they live a long and loving life. I was friends with John and visited Hartford Street on numerous occasions. I enjoyed my visits and felt the love of a great family. My prayers go out to the Stack family friends And acquaintances. Jack Moran.

John and family- I grew up next door your mom on Hartford St. She was the kindest, friendliest neighbor - always waving from her front porch, talking to us across the backyard fence, walking to St. Leo´s for mass. She supported us for softball collections and with Girl Scout cookie drives. She gave me many treats from her kitchen as a child --cookies, cake, breads and wonderful vegetables from her garden. We loved talking to "Mrs Stack" - she always made my sisters and I feel special. Just wanted to share what a difference she made to us growing up next door to her in Ashley. She was a wonderful person - may she rest in peace.

I had the pleasure of meeting Katherine when she was at the Gardens of East Mtn. Facility. I enjoyed talking to her and listening to stories of her family when she would come to the salon and get her hair done. What a wonderful lady and long life! My sympathies to her family and friends. May she fly high with the angels!
