Louis D'Alessandro Obituary

Louis Joseph D'Alessandro Jr. of Wilkes-Barre passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at his home.

Born March 16, 1964, in Niagara Falls, N.Y., he was the son of the late Louis Joseph Sr. and Margaret Glasson D'Alessandro. Louis attended Hazleton Area schools.

He owned and operated Fix and Fast Auto, Edwardsville, for many years.

Louis was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving are his wife, the former Sandra Horchheimer, with whom he celebrated 36 years of marriage on Oct. 18; daughters, Amber Paglia and her husband, Tony Sr., Wilkes-Barre; and Kelly D'Alessandro, Wilkes-Barre; grandchildren, Sydney Paglia, Anthony Paglia Jr., Lily Paglia and Luca D'Alessandro; sisters, Debra Chihany and her companion, Larry Mayer, Fresno, Calif.; Diana Fierro and her husband, Robert, Kelayres; and Becky Gordon, Pittston Twp.; brothers, Jeffrey D'Alessandro and his wife, Jennifer, Exeter; and Anthony Gordon and his wife, Michelle, Pittston Twp.; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in Maple Hill Cemetery, 68 St. Mary's Road, Hanover Twp.

Arrangements are entrusted to Jendrzejewski Funeral Home, Wilkes-Barre.
