Maureen mentored me when I was an adjunct nutrition instructor at Marywood. She loved to talk about her family and was so proud of them. And she loved her students. I will miss her smile and passion for the profession and for life. My deepest sympathy!

As a preceptor for many years, I've been missing Maureen since she left Marywood. It was obvious how much she cared for each intern and helped them grow both professionally and personally. I also owe Maureen a debt of gratitude in encouraging me to step forward into the PAND arena. I will never forget her and wish her family my sincere condolences

Loved her sense of humor-always able to lighten up a mood and brighten a room. I remember Pat toddling around our classroom when she managed to juggle being a mom and a teacher at the same time. Loved our continued friendship after I left Marywood and her dedication to the of profession of dietetics. So sorry for your loss.
