Peter Polansky Obituary
Surviving are his wife, Millie Anthony Polansky; son, Peter Polansky and wife, Sarah; daughter, Christene Nystrom and husband, Robert; brother, John Polansky and wife, Rosemary; sister, Maryann Surdick; two aunts, an uncle, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be at 8:45 a.m. Monday from Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home Inc., Old Forge, with a 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Rosary Church at Nativity of Our Lord Parish, Duryea. Interment with military services by the AMVETS Honor Guard will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Old Forge. Relatives and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Pete was a very good person and friend. He will be sadly missed by everyone that had the priviledge to know him. My thoughts and prayers go out to the polansky family during this tough time

Very sorry to hear about Pete. Thoughts and prayers to all in the family. I always enjoyed talking about the AC trips, he took w/his wife and my AC trips, while waiting for or picking up my car. Also about his grandchildren. Pete was honest man and will be missed my many. God Bless and may he rest in peace.

Very sorry to hear of Peter's death. I was a friend and co-worker with Peter in the early 60's. Nothing but good memories.

It is with great sadness that I read of Pete's passing. His kindness and wit will always be remembered. He was a delight to be around and my prayers are with him and his beloved wife, Millie and their family. Rest in peace dear friend.
