On Monday, Aug. 5, 2024, the world lost a beloved member of the community, Richard Anthony Rossi, who passed away at the age of 71 in Moosic.
Richard was born on April 16, 1953, to the late Carmen and Jane (Waznik) Rossi.
A lifelong resident of Yatesville, Richard dedicated his life to his work as a mason and was a proud member of the International Union of Brick Layers and Allied Craft Workers for over 50 years.
He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, dedication and craftsmanship.
Richard will be lovingly remembered by his surviving brother, Ralph Rossi and wife, Ann Marie; beloved nieces, Michele, Chrissy and Kim; best friend and longtime roommate, John Leschinsky; and several great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
His commitment to his craft, his dedication to his family and his warm presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
In honor of his life, a celebration of life ceremony was held at Graziano Funeral Home Inc., 700 South Twp. Blvd., Pittston Twp., with a cemetery service in Denison Cemetery.
