Susan, Jennifer called me to let me know about Adam. Sorry seems like such a little word at a time like this.
I think it was Adam, when you and the boys came to the farm and he kept picking up cucumbers and calling them pickles, lol, he wasn't all that old yet, but old enough, and wise enough, lol.
I thank God for the 17 years that Adam was with you;
I thank God for the passing that was brief;
I thank God for Adam, who touched more lives in 17 years than some of us in 90; and Susan,
I thank God for you, who mothered this child with such love and encouragement, contentment, and reassurance that he was comfortable to reach out to all he met; and still to give of himself, to those he didn't know, even after death.
What a child you had, and now what a child God has.
You and Matt and Andy and Tyler and Chris and his family are in our prayers, to help you cope, to help you know that you and the boys are not alone, there are so many, who have arms/hearts outreached to you, that they can't be counted. While we can't bear your personal pain, we can remind you that we are here, we love you, just pucker up and whistle baby girl, one of us will hear and we'll be there to cry with you, to yell, to throw pillows against the wall in anger, we'll be with you. Through it all, God will be there, knowing exactly how you feel, he'll guide you through. So hang tough, and lay softly, oh, and call me, the number hasn't changed.
Love Sherry
