We are very close friends with Bunny's mother, Ruthie, and step-father, Robert Lacquement. We hoped and prayed that somehow a medical miracle would come to pass, and that she would be cured. Nevertheless, Bunny left behind an aweso.meness in the hearts of many, and are better persons as a result. God Blesses Arlene (Ann) "Bunny" Broxterman, and that's as He promised it would be for the faithful as she was.

I remember Ann through her bright eyes heart warming smile and that competitive drive. She was a fantastic tennis player and my wife who passed a year ago February and I played tennis at various times either in tournaments socials etc. Ann certainly demonstrated her strength as she continued to battle cancer she would show up at different times after going to Cancer center. Her love for tennis was demonstrated through the fact that she would play even through difficult times. Anns strength, courage and joy for life will carry on and her spirit will remain with all who knew and loved her. Love to you and family. Praying for comfort as God lifts you and her up. May pleasant memories over ride the sadness during this difficult time.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My husband worked with both Ann and Steve at BC/BS. He spoke with Ann on a regular basis - even during his illness. All three of them are together today celebrating in Heaven. My heart goes out to the Broxterman family.

Jamie you have my heartfelt condolences for your mothers passing. Ann achieved success through her hard work, determination and can-do attitude. Success did not spoil her though and she was always a kind spirit approachable and excepting of all around her. Even though we had not worked together for some time, we would bump into each other around town occasionally and it was great to catch up. I will miss my friend.

While I only had the privilege of meeting Bunny on a few occasions when she came to visit her mom Ruthie, I'll never forget her radiant smile and energy. The last time we saw her was such a blessing to us all when she, jamie, and family, jackie came to her moms 80th Surprise b-day party in Nov. Again, so positive, radiant with her big beautiful smile. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My sweet Sister is loved by so many people. My memories are fond and loving ones. My heart tells me that I'll see her later and we'll have fun like we did when we was kids. I love you, Bunny.
