Aurora Exon Obituary
She was born on May 21, 2018 the daughter of James Exon and Seonaid J. Nichols. Aurora loved cuddling with her daddy, and playing with her brother and friends. She loved to dance and had a smile that would light up a room and the hearts of those around her. She also loved cheese and peanut butter crackers. She will be remembered fondly by all who knew her and will leave a void in the hearts of many. Above all she absolutely loved the show "Abby Hatcher".
She is survived by her father, James Exon of the home, her mother Seonaid Nichols of St. Marys, KS, a brother, Teddy Exon of the home, a half-brother, Eli Swendsen of Topeka, her grandparents, Dr. Robert (Karen) Exon of Council Grove, KS, and two great grandmothers, Onalee Exon and Debbie Hunt both of Topeka, and Grace Swendsen who has been like a mom to Aurora for the past year and a half.
Aurora will lie in state at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home on Monday, January 18th, where her family will receive friends from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. and a rosary will be prayed at 6:00 p.m. Mass of the Angels will be celebrated at Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church on Tuesday, January 19th, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 SW 6th Ave., Topeka, Kansas 66603 to assist her family with expenses.

I sang for Aurora's service today - and I felt very honored to be present to wish her on her way to Heaven. I am so sorry for your loss - she looks like such a a happy child. I'm sure she will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Rest in peace sweet girl.
