Bette, you were a great friend to me when we worked at Payless. I still laugh when I think of when we were riding together and some of the crazy, funny stuff we did. I will miss you.

I worked with Bette at Woodlawn School's
'Head Start' Program, in Lawrence and she was a very sweet person to be around.She loved those KIDS. And alway had a smile on her face. Rest in Peace, Bette, you earned it......
