To the Dennis family...You all werelike my ownfamily growing up. thy and I were best friends since 6th grade going into 7th. I can remember many weekends going camping, fog hunting and you father making me help him cook and eat frog legs (yuck). Most of all I remember my bestfriend who was always getting us in trouble. I can see her today talking all goo goo about Richard Hodges and how she loved him, then about Danny's father...we lived seperate lives me in California and her in Topeka but we always had that common bond of sister hood. That will never go away. I will love Cathy for ever. She will ive in my heart as one of my longest, truest dear friends. I am still in shock for I was just home for a family reunion when I found out. She had already been gone weeks. My heart is saddened and I offer my condolences to my Dennis family.I rushed to see ma and pa after I found out and ma cried in my arms. I wished I could have done more said more but I what does one say to another after hearing this news? I love you al and am sending my love.

Mama,
I know it's only been a short couple of weeks sense you left me I never reaized just how much of a mama's girl I was till now. I miss you so much words can not even describe how empty and alone I feel. I would give any thing in this world to just hear your voice one more time. You was not just my mother but you was my mama my nurturer my teacher my friend and my confadant I am lost with out you. I miss everything about you from the laughs we shared to the lectuers you would give, the tears we shed and yes even the fights we had I miss it all Mom I want you to know you are always on my mind and never leave my heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CWB 4 LIFE I love you till we meet again i will be missing you!!!!!!!! Love You Always And Forever,

I loved Cathy so much and really miss her. I know my tears are for joy that she is in a better place. Her brother John will take good care of her. We had so much fun this summer going to the casino,swimming etc. She was my sister and shoulder to cry on for so long. I met Cathy when she was in 6th grade and nobody could have a better friend.

He then looked down upon his earth and saw your loving face.
He put his arms around you and lifeted you to rest.
His garden must beautiful, he always takes the best.

He whispered to you "Peace be Thine" and gave you wings to fly.
When we saw you sleeping so calm and free of pain,

We are so sorry to here about Cat, it is trully a tragedy. We will miss her. We are sorry that we didnt know about the service we would have been there to pay our respects. She is in good company now and I am sure she will keep everyone in line. Take care of my sis (Lisa)until we meet again my friend. We love you and will miss you greatly, every time I think about Cat I think its just me Kitty Kitty just a getting it...... my sister used to laugh and laugh when she heard her say it. i saw cathy only about a week or so before she passed at a memorial for another lost friend. our last conversation was so funny. we were talking about old times and i told her that every time i think of her, i think of her in her cutoff levi shorts and little leather sandals. her legs were always tan and she had the greatest legs. i told her that if i ever found myself at a memorial for her, i would stand up and say 'that girl had some great legs!' she just busted out laughing in that one of a kind laugh that she had and put her hand up for a highfive and said 'you better do it!' and i said 'you know i will!' so here i am to say that cathy had some great legs! what a great last memory. i'll miss that laugh.

Dear Dennis Family,
I was so saddened to learn of Cathy's passing. She was the best "little tag-a-long" sister I never had growing up, whenever Mary and I did stuff together.
She was also a friend who looked out for my youngest daughter when she had gotten into trouble many years ago and because of that I am forever grateful to her.
Always the mischievous one, so full of fun and life. She could always make you smile or bring a grin to your face with her infectious laugh. Even tho we lost touch over the years, I always thought about you and your family.
I am the one who is blessed to have memories. Thank you Cathy. My heartfelt prayers and love to you all.

I always enjoyed running into Cathy. When I was playing in the band's or walking down the 800 block, we would always do our best to make the other one laugh, she asked me if I missed the Avenue, and we talked about everybody down there, and she told me she loved all of you there.
