Dennis Hagemann

Dennis A. Hagemann, 69, Topeka, died Friday, September 14, 2012 at his home. He was born May 2, 1943 at Topeka, the son of Albert R. and Roberta E. Oyler Hagemann. He was a 1961 graduate of Washburn Rural High School. He attended Washburn University and earned a B.S degree in Business Administration from Ft. Hays State University in 1969. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving during the Viet Nam war from 1963 to 1966, he was stationed in South Korea 13 months. Dennis worked as a contractor in construction, owning and operating Dennis Hagemann Remodeling and Repair in Topeka for many years. He had formerly worked at the Goodyear Company in Topeka for many years. He was a member of the Capitol City Gun Club, a member of N.R.A., American Legion and was an avid motorcyclist. He is survived by his Mother, Roberta E. Hagemann, Ozawkie, his companion and sweetheart of 23 years, Donna K. Kenney, Topeka, and four little four footed friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert R. Hagemann on June 24, 1989 and his son, Travis Hagemann on June 19, 2005. Memorial Services will be at 11:00 AM, Thursday, September 20, 2012 at the Rock Creek Bible Church, (K-4 and Hwy 92 Jct) Meriden. Inurnment will be at Meriden Cemetery.
