Freddie Pierce Obituary

MOUNT HOPE- Freddie Pierce, age 77, of Mount Hope, KS passed away March 28, 2010. He was born on January 16, 1933 in Curtis, AR, the son of Sherman and Dely Hartwick Pierce. He was a retired V.F.W. State Service Officer. Survivors include: his wife, Marian Diane Pierce of the home; sons, Gary & Jenny Pierce, Prairie Village, KS and Raubin & Kelly Pierce, Topeka, KS; a daughter, Freddie Jo & Phillip Beavers, Pampa, TX; brothers, Bill Pierce, Fairfield, CA, Joe Pierce, Fairfield, CA and Franklin Pierce, San Angelo, TX; a sister, Hazel Pauline Timmons, Ft. Worth, TX; and 5 grandchildren. Freddie was preceded in death by a daughter, Wilma Sue Pierce and 6 brothers and sisters. A funeral service was held on Wed., March 31 at United Methodist Church, Mount Hope, KS. Interment was at Mount Hope Cemetery. Arrangements by Wulf-Ast Mortuary.
