Jack Adolph Obituary

Jack J. Adolph, age 71, of Manhattan, died September 21, 2006, at Mercy Regional Health Center in Manhattan. He was born August 20, 1935, in Manhattan, Kansas, the son of Phillip Glen Phil and Eleanor Grace (White) Adolph. He graduated from St. George High School in 1953. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Monday at the First United Methodist Church, 612 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, KS, with Reverend Rob Nore officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Cemetery. The family of Mr. Adolph will receive friends from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. Sunday at the Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left for the family through the funeral home website at www.ymlfuneralhome.com. Memorial contributions may be made to either the Blue Valley Memorial United Methodist Church or the Terry C. Johnson Center for Basic Cancer Research. Contributions may be left in care of the Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home, 1616 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, KS 66502.

My deepest condolences for the Adolph family. My Dad was the Chevy dealer in Valley Falls and I can remember Jack's name coming up in conversations with him. Again, my deepest sympathy. Kathy Zwygart Simpson
