I read with great sadness about Johns passing. He and Alice were among my favorite "over the counter " friends at SAMS.
He always called me "Teacher" due to my habit of parking my readers at the end of my nose, reminding him he claimed of one of his favorite teachers. I will always remember him with great fondness.
