He was born to Robert and Helen Burd July 15, 1953 in Topeka Kansas. Keith graduated from Highland Park High School in 1971.
Memorial service will be at 11:00 am Saturday May 18 at Highland Heights Christian Church 4803 SE 29th Tecumseh Kansas. Full obituary can be viewed at, www.neptunesociety.com
