Louise Odena Marie (Larson) Kidd Louise Odena Marie (Larson) Kidd, 95, Edmond, OK, formerly of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at a care center in Edmond with her daughter by her side. Louise was born January 30, 1921 in Morganville, KS, the daughter of Alfred and Edna (Widegren) Larson. She graduated from Topeka High School and Clarks School of Business. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She was employed by the State of Kansas, Banking Department and Department of Public Instruction and for over 20 years as a secretary for Santa Fe Railroad. After retirement, she volunteered at Camp Fire. Survivors include son, Daniel Earle (Cheryl) Kidd, Houston, TX; daughter, Janelle Louise (Steve) Burns, Edmond, OK; grandchildren, Josh, Bayley, Cari, Brady, Cory, Christa, Casey; several great-grandchildren; and sister, Dorothy Dutt. She was preceded in death by a brother, Floyd Larson. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 22, 2016 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 731 SW Buchanan, Topeka. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Physician s Choice Hospice, 1000 NW 139th Street Parkway, Edmond, OK 73013.
