Noel Salisbury Obituary
He graduated from Baker University (Baldwin, KS) in 1953, served in the U.S. Army and worked in the public utilities industry for 44 years, retiring from One Gas in 2006.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Judith Salisbury, daughters Debra Kinzel of Des Moines, Iowa, Denise Eaton of Hagerman, Idaho, and Dawn Salisbury of Lawrence, Kansas, stepson Geoffrey Goodway of Derby, Kansas, stepdaughter Gillian Price of Greenville, Indiana, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Irene Salisbury, brother Garold Wayne, son Gary, sister Madge Fraley and great grandson, Kyrie Bell.
Visitation will be held at 9 am on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 followed by funeral services at 10 am at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Burial at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.

Judy, Debbie, Dawn and Denise. I am so sorry for the passing of Ward. I was thinking back to when I was growing and having Ward across the street and looked to him as my big brother. Many thoughts come rushing back to our younger days and driving the gas truck and getting bait with Uncle Wayne and setting lines in the river. My thoughts and prayers are with you all today. Judy: So sorry to hear about the passing of Ward. He was a GREAT guy, and was so easy to work with on rate cases when I worked at KPL Gas Service with Harold Steenbergen. Also, enjoyed our time together in the Sales Department at The Gas Service Co - you taught me so much. Celebrating Ward's life brings back cherished memories of the Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers at Uncle Artie and Aunt Donna. There was Delicious foods and loud conversations with lots of laughter and joking. Thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Several of Ward's Kansas Corporation Commission colleagues, notably Fred B. Adam (Director of the Utilities Division), Earl "Flick" Flickinger (deceased) and I enjoyed our time shared with Ward at the KCC. He always sought to make the lives of other individuals better.
