Phillip Lee Hubert Phillip Lee Hubert, 62, Perry, KS, passed away October 6, 2015 at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, MO. He was born October 5, 1953 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma the son of Eudric Hubert and Edrie Crum. He was 1971 graduate of Perry-Lecompton High School. Phillip has lived in Ottawa and lived the last thirty years of his life in Perry. He was a Fork Truck Driver for Payless Shoe Source in Topeka and recently at Berry Plastics in Lecompton. He was a member of the Teamsters Union while working at Payless Shoe Source. Phillip was united in marriage to Cynthia Stevenson on November 9, 1985 in Lecompton, KS. She survives of the home. He is also survived by his Father Eudric Hubert with his wife, Barbara, of Texas; a son, Travis Logan with his wife, Christina, and their children, Trinty John (18), Jaden Christine (12), Bryn Katherine (10), Ottawa; a daughter, Katherine Yohe with her husband, Eric, and their children Chance David (21), Samantha Katherine (16), Cade Landon (15), Kendra Dawn (8), Ottawa; three sisters, Beverly Mohlman and her husband, Don, of Topeka, KS; Peggy Gilmore, Silver Lake, Susan Clemons, Topeka; and a stepfather, Ben Dooley, Topeka. Preceding him in death is his mother, Edrie. Mr. Hubert s family will meet with friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, October, 11, 2015 at Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home, Ottawa. Graveside Funeral Services will be held 2p.m., Monday October 12, 2015 at Highland Cemetery, Ottawa.
