We enjoyed playing pickelball with Steve, Ann and Cindy. We will miss him. Our comforting prayers are with you and your family.
March 29, 2016
Steve was a kind and gentle guy who enjoyed racquet sports ,specially Tennis and later took to pickle ball with the same intensity as when he played tennis. I have seen him play at Kossower tennis courts in the intense summer heat and marveled at his endurance. I also heard of his involvement in Church activities with the same intensity.
May he rest in peace and my deepest sympathies to Ann and rest of his family.

Ann,
I'm so very sorry to read of Steve's passing and I pray that our heavenly Father will cradle him in his loving arms and show him all the beauty and love in heaven. And, I pray that He will, at the same time, grant you and yours an inner peace and contentment to find a way to deal with life without Steve in the tough weeks and months to come.
Ann, I did not know Steve or you very well at BCBS, but I will always remember how both you and Steve ALWAYS greeted me by name and with a genuine smile whenever I'd pass you in the hall or in the courtyard. I've never forgotten that and I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated it because it was so unusual and so rare, but oh-so-welcome. Thank you, Ann, and God bless.

Ann,
There are so many things about Steve that we all will miss, but mostly his faith and his courage. Our loss is heaven's gain. You were an inspiration in your love and caring for him. Steve's passing on Easter was God's way of showing His love and mercy for us all and that we can trust we will be together again in glory. We have many memories to cherish until that day. You and your family are in our prayers.

Saddened by Steve's passing, and, celebrating his life. With gratitude I feel honored to have known Steve (and Ann) and blessed that his passing serves as a reminder that our time on this beautiful earth is limited and that we must seize each opportunity to forgive, share, explore, and love...with an everlasting Love...the Love that Steve and Ann share (1 Cor. 13). I can think of no greater way to honor Steve's legacy than to live this way.-TJ

Saddened by his passing and celebrating his life. Grateful and honored to have known Steve (and Ann) and blessed that his passing serves as a reminder that our time on this beautiful earth is limited and that we should seize the opportunities we have to forgive, share, explore, and love...as he and Ann demonstrate, cherish and live that love, every minute of every day (1 Cor. 13). I can think of no greater way to honor Steve's legacy than to live this way. -TJ
