Louise Corbin Obituary

Louise Arnold Corbin, 85, of Campbellsville, died at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, March 28, 2013, in Louisville, Ky.
Daughter of the late Walter "Buck" Arnold and Lilly Hardin Arnold, she was born Feb. 8, 1928, in Adair County, Ky.
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Meadowview Baptist Church.
She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She married Gilbert Corbin on July 6, 1946. He preceded her in death July 11, 2010.
Survivors include two sons, Dwight Corbin of Campbellsville and Curtis Corbin and his wife, Joyce, of Louisville; two daughters, Elaine Giles and her husband, Gordon, of Louisville, and Sheila Moomaw and her husband, Scott, of Shepherdsville, Ky.; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Billy Joe Arnold and his wife, Alice, of Streeter, Ill., and Bradley Arnold of Columbia, Ky.; a sister, Kathleen Combest and her husband, Reed, of Hollywood, Fla.; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Kevin Douglas Corbin; three brothers, Russell Arnold, James Arnold and Winfrey Arnold; and two sisters, Hallie Feese and Rachel Ferguson.
Funeral was Tuesday, April 2, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville. The Revs. Lewis Haynes and Cliff McDaniel officiated.
Burial was in Brookside Cemetery.
