Rita A. Hack, age 60, of Ravenwood Care Facility, Waterloo, formerly of 610 East 4th St, Waterloo and Clarinda, IA, and California died at Covenant Medical Center on Sunday, March 05, 2006 of natural causes.
She was born October 05, 1945 in Waterloo IA to Amos and Ruth Hanlon Lubert.
She was united in marriage to Frankie B. Hack, Jr., June 19, 1978 in Zephyr Cove, Nevada. He died July 11,1991.
She graduated from East High School in 1963 and Gates Business College in 1965. She had worked at KXEL Radio.
Survivors are Sisters: Eilene Wagner, Suquamish, WA; Ida Lucille Brunson, Suquamish, WA; Wanda Stahl, Waterloo, IA; 3 step-children; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded by her parents, husband, infant sister Darlene.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Burial will be in Presidio of San Francisco National Cemetery following cremation. Condolences: may be left at WWW.LockeFuneralHome.com. Memorials can be sent to Trinity Episcopal Parish.
