Albert McMillan Obituary
Hattiesburg
Albert Edward "Eddie" McMillan, Jr., 71, of Hattiesburg, died May 10, 2015, at Forrest General Hospital. Mr. McMillan was a contractor and a member of St. John Lutheran Church. He graduated from Mississippi State University before serving in the U.S. Navy Seabees during the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Edward McMillan, Sr. and Edith Rae Brown McMillan and a sister, Becky McMillan.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Kaul of Hattiesburg; two sons, Albert Edward "Big Al" McMillan, III and Christopher Stephen McMillan, both of Madison; one daughter, Alison Rae (Tim) Tillotson of Madison; two grandchildren, Talan McMillan and Gavin Tillotson; and his former wife, Sandy McMillan of Madison.
In Hattiesburg, visitation will be from 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at Moore Funeral Home and services at 10 a.m., Thursday, May 14, 2015 at St. John Lutheran Church with visitation from 9 a.m. until service time.
In Edinburg, visitation will be at 3:30 p.m. and services at 4:30 p.m. at Edinburg Union Church, 182 Mars Hill Rd., Carthage, MS 39051. Burial will follow in the church cemetery, across the street.

It is hard to think Eddie has been gone 9 years. He was so much fun and such an outgoing person. I have many happy memories of growing up in Edinburg with the Millan family. Becky left us way too soon too . My thoughts and prayers are with each of you that loved Eddie! I know he is truly missed.

Sorry to hear of the loss. The King family were neighbors for many years. Always heard the tale of my older brother Jerry out in the pasture hollering to Eddie down the street. If you ever met Eddie you would never forget him. Many fond memories. Thoughts and prayers with the family. Donny King

My thoughts and prayers are with you, Eddie's family. Though I haven't seen or been in contact with Eddie in years he was the type friend you never forget, Becky was one of my best buddies at Edinburg High School. There were five of us girls and we were always doing something together and many, many times it was at Becky's house which meant big brother Eddie was somewhere near by either joining in our fun or causing us mischief. His laughter and fun loving spirit was contagious. So many fun memories growing up together! Each time we pass their Edinburg home I smile remembering Me. Albert, Ms Edith, Eddie, Becky and Granny Brown. They are again all together rejoicing. Will keep your family In my prayers!

I worked for Albert and Eddie at State Farm. Went through the loss of Edith, Grannie and Becky with Albert and Eddie and then Albert. Can't believe now Eddie is gone. Special family to me. I will see you all when God calls me home
