Benjamin Peacher Obituary

Benjamin Franklin Peacher, Jr., 71, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2009, at his residence.
Visitation will be 9:30 am Friday, March 13, 2009, at Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home in Hattiesburg. Services will be held 11 am Friday at Hulett-Winstead Chapel. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery with Military Rites performed by the U.S. Marine Corps League Detachment 1073.
He was a retired electrical engineer with Bell South/ AT&T. He was a member of Magnolia Baptist Church and a U.S. Marine Corp Veteran who served in the Middle East.
He is preceded in death by wife, Helen Lee Peacher and parents, Benjamin Franklin Peacher, Sr., and Virginia Lacey.
Survivors include: two sons, Stephen Peacher of Florence of MS and Mark Peacher, of Brandon, MS; two stepsons, Lynn Simon of Hattiesburg, MS and Jody Simon of Petal, MS; two daughters, Cheryl Carrigan of Jackson, MS and Kathryn Boyadjian of Collierville, TN; one stepdaughter, Connie Callahan of Hattiesburg, MS; five sisters, Carole Peacher, Janice Butler, Jenny Stephenson, Linda Monroe, and Diane Donaldson; two brothers, Barry Lacey and Chris Lacey; 20 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
