Bennett Tomlinson Obituary
Hattiesburg
Bennett Scott Tomlinson, infant son of Scott and Courtney Tomlinson of Hattiesburg, MS, passed away at home on Tuesday, April 30, 2013. The family will hold a private graveside burial at Parkway Memorial Cemetery in Ridgeland, MS
Although his time here on earth was brief, Bennett touched the lives of countless others through his valiant fight. Given the name of Bennett, meaning "little blessed one," our precious son in turn blessed the lives of all who knew, loved, and prayed for him.
Left to mourn his loss are his parents, Scott and Courtney Tomlinson and his proud big brothers, Reece and Hayes. He is also survived by his maternal grandfather, Richard Wages of Brandon, paternal grandparents, Charlie and Pollyanne Tomlinson of Ridgeland, aunts and uncles-Richard and Amy Lynn of Brandon, Jimmy and Jennifer Anderson of Brandon, Ricky Wages of Loveland, CO, Chuck and Courtney Tomlinson of Memphis, TN, and Jeff Tomlinson of Vero Beach, FL, John and Ginger Olson of Southlake, TX, Drew and Kathy McFeron of Woodstock, GA, as well as a host of cousins and prayerful friends. He is welcomed into heaven by his maternal grandmother, Betsy Moses Wages.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any donations be made to the Trisomy 18 Foundation, www.trisomy18.org.

God has a purpose for every being that he created. Bennett taught us a lot about faith, love, patience and life. He is a perfect little man who went to be with his perfect grandmother, Betsy. In Gods's sight, he was and is perfect. Our prayers go out to your family along with your sisters , brother and all who cared about Bennett.
