I consider it a blessing to have had Celia in my life. We met in 1971 in Selma Alabama. Although we ended up miles apart, we remained friends until the end. I will always cherish our talks and times that we spent together. I can envision her now as a section leader in the heavenly choir and loving every minute of it. She is temporarily gone but will never be forgotten

Cecilia, played for our church for a short time, but during her time there she put the choir in order. we song in Alto, soprano, etc. we really sound like a choir sorry to hear her passing

My sincere condolences to the Lemon- Rice Family on Cecilia's passing.It was shocking news.After the shock I realize that Cecilia is singing and directing the choir in Heaven.
Cecilia gracefully sang and directed The U.C.M.B C C of which I had the pleasure of serving with Cecilia.I am grateful for the opportunity to have shared her musical gifts and will cherish the United Christian M.B.Church Choir Day Memories.R.I.H.
