I will miss him until I return to him and I hope that he is now the most joyful he will ever be and I am happy that he is no longer suffering. I will always love him and never forget him. May peace be with all of us.

Del was a gentle, caring, kind, and loving man. His quiet nature and Christian character left their influence on all those who knew and loved him. We are thankful that we got to know him and enjoyed his friendship for many happy years when we lived in Belzoni. Our love and prayers are sent to Sylvia and all the family.

Such a kind person who gave a sense of peace when you saw him. Del and Sylvia rented their grand home to us in 1968 while we built a new home. We always thought the utmost for Del and Sylvia for kindness they showed us then, at our church, at school, and work. My Father, Dr. J.L. Houston, always spoke well of Del, and Sylvia was a great teacher who helped me ultimately in my IT career that helped my Family. My deepest sympathy for the Lott Family, and God’s Hands to hold you close these days.

Such a kind person who gave a sense of peace when you saw him. Both he and Sylvia let our Family rent their grand home for one year while we built a new home in 1968. My Dad was the Optometrist for many years in Belzoni, and always had utmost praise for the Lott Family, both Del and Sylvia. My deepest grief for your loss, and ultimately, God’s sweet care in holding you close to Him, Sylvia, and Family.

Del was one of the nicest guys. He was a great asset to Belzoni and Humphreys County for many years. He will be sorely missed by many, especially those of us who were lucky enough to call him friend. We are assured that Del is with our Heavenly Father because of his abiding Faith.

I always enjoyed talking to him and he was such a kind man and family friend. He was so good to my dad, Keith Coleman. I know Jesus and my Daddy welcomed him with open arms when he went through Heaven’s gates! Love, Jamie (Coleman) Bartlett
