Dorothy Steen Biglane

Dorothy "Dottie" Steen Biglane, 86, died Monday, May 28, 2007. Visitation will be at Saint Mary Basilica, in Natchez, today from 5-7 p.m. and Friday, June 1, 10-11 a.m. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday June 1, at Saint Mary Basilica, in Natchez.
Mrs. Biglane was born in Ashton, Iowa, and moved to Natchez with her husband, Noland Edward Biglane in 1948. She was a devoted member of Saint Mary Basilica.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother.
Survivors include: her husband of 61 years, Noland Biglane; and their eight children and their spouses, Linda Biglane Pieklik and husband John, of Jackson, Freddie Biglane and wife Jean of Natchez, Judy Biglane Marchesini and husband Claude of Greenville, Mike Biglane and Wife Scarla of Pass Christian, Kay Biglane Taylor and husband John of Natchez, Pat Biglane and wife Karen of Vidalia, LA, Nancy biglane Kuehnle and husband Bruce of Natchez, and Mary Jane Biglane Dahlander and husband Gerry of Dallas, Texas.
Survivors also include: her grandchildren, Stephen Pieklik and wife Shelley of Pittsburgh, PA, Alex Pieklik of Chicago, IL, Derrick Biglane and wife Lisa of Hernando, Rebecca Biglane Black and husband David, of Dallas, Texas, Barr Biglane of Jackson, John Noland Marchesini of Sand Diego, CA, Kathryn Marchesini of Arlington, VA, Megan Marchesini of New York, New York, Lauren Biglane of Natchez, Presley Taylor of Jackson, WY, Hunter Taylor of Natchez, Pepper Taylor of Natchez, Joanna Biglane of Jackson, Patrick Biglane of Vidalia, Julia Rachel Kuehnle of Natchez, and Katherine Dahlander, Mary Margaret Dahlander, and Emily Dahlander of Dallas, Texas.
She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, Beau Biglane and Ali Biglane of Hernando and Avery Black of Dallas, Texas; sister-in-law, Lavonne Seurer of Hutchinson, Minnesota, and numerous nieces and nephews.
